Refund policy

At Journey of Atman, we take great care in creating meaningful products, services, and experiences. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, certain items and services have specific return and refund guidelines. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Product Returns

Return Eligibility

Product return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resellable condition

  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

Eligible items may be returned for store credit or an exchange only. Refunds are not offered unless required by law. Please note that returns will not be processed after 15 calendar days from the shipment receipt date

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal using the email associated with your order.

  2. Navigate to Your Orders and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Choose Start a Return and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive the return instructions and shipping details.

  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable service.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your customer portal or starting a return, please contact us at elevate@journeyofatman.com within 48 hours so we can assist you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping methods as Journey of Atman is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the energetic, handcrafted, and intimate nature of certain items, some products are not eligible for return or exchange.

The following items are final sale:

  • Energy Healing Candles

  • Any items explicitly marked as non-returnable

  • Used, opened, or damaged items (not due to shipping damage)

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

We will review the issue and provide an exchange or store credit.
We do not provide refunds for damaged products unless required by law.

Retreats & Events

Retreats

  • Retreat purchases are non-refundable.

  • Retreats may be transferred to another individual with advance notice.

  • Transfers must be requested via email prior to the event start date.

Destination Retreats

For retreats involving travel, lodging, or partner bookings:

  • All participants are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and third-party operating partners.

  • Journey of Atman is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or third-party policy enforcement.

Coaching Services

All coaching services, mentorship programs, and healing sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
This includes:

  • Single sessions

  • Coaching packages

  • Energetic or spiritual guidance services

Coaching time is a resource held specifically for you, and cannot be rescheduled after the service window has closed unless otherwise stated.

Additional Policy Notes

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time.

  • We cannot accept returns for products purchased through third-party sellers.

  • Proof of purchase may be required for all inquiries.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the product if the item is not faulty.

Sales and Promotions

All prices and promotions listed on our website are specific to purchases made directly through our site. Third-party retailers or other websites selling our products may not offer the same pricing or discounts. We are not obligated to honor discounts from other sites, and other sites are not authorized to honor discounts or promotions from our website.
