What is your shipping policy?
We ship anywhere within the USA and Canada.

How Long Do Orders Take to Ship
Orders may take up to 3 business days from the time they are placed to ship. Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped.

Delivery times may vary outside of the above time frame depending on postal service.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more.

How can I track my package
As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. Please allow one to two days for the tracking number to be activated after it has been generated.

What if I enter The Wrong Address
As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Please be sure to double check your details carefully. If you gave us the wrong address at check-out, email us ASAP at We will do everything we can to update this for you. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we will not be able to send you another parcel or provide a refund until original item is returned.

Refunds and Returns

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Due to the unique nature of our products, and to the extent permitted at law. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges unless a product is faulty at time of receipt. If you receive a faulty product you must advise us via email within 3 days of receiving the product and return the product unused in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit, once original purchase has been returned. We do not offer refunds if a product is lost once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We are not able to accept faulty products or process returns from purchases made outside of our website. Proof of purchase and order confirmation will need to be provided prior to initiating return process. No returns can be processed after 15 calender days from purchase. Any shipping fees related to returning items are customers responsibility.

Prices advertised are subject to change. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to increase prices or to offer sales and other promotions for certain products and for a limited duration.
