Where We Ship
We ship to the U.S. and internationally. Please note that we do not ship to countries that require product testing on animals. International shipments may take longer to arrive and could include customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How Long Orders Take to Ship
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery within the U.S. International shipments may take longer depending on local postal services.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered on orders of $75 or more.

Tracking Your Package
Once your package is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking number to activate after it has been generated.

Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us as soon as possible at elevate@journeyofatman.com 

We will do our best to update your address before the order ships. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address or reship the package.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a product is faulty at the time of receipt.

If you receive a faulty product, please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the item and return it unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit once the original purchase is returned.

We cannot process returns or refunds for products purchased outside of our website. Proof of purchase and order confirmation will be required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No returns can be processed after 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
